Signed up for 12/2 Business Class tier. Second shift phone support is horrid. Install went OK. Power Boosted speeds were 90+/40+, but three months later are exactly contracted rates and no one can figure it out. If you have other options, go with those.

 | | Truck Rolls / Outages Adding that service has gone out 3x in the past six months. It runs on the same infrastructure as Residential, and even though I was promised a "truck roll" within four hours, I always get next day service windows. | |
