Reliable, speed consistently exceeds provisioned rate, polite tech support
Getting a knowledgeable tech support agent is a crapshot, a bit expensive
So far been very happy with the service.

Upgraded from AT&T DSL 6mbps to Comcast HSI Blast! 16/2 mbps on December of 2009. Self install kit arrived 3 days after online order, installation was uneventful, only requiring a quick call to get the service active. During the first year the connection had some issues which were traced to a bad splitter on my end. Speed was increased to 20/4 around late 2010 and beginning of 2011 the average speedtest.net result was 33-36/4-5 mbps. Originally had a Motorola SB5101 that was upgraded to SB6121 on 11/30/2012 (speed went from 33/5 mbps to 36/5 mbps)

Whenever I have had to call tech support they have been very polite, although some of the agents seemed a bit lost (but issue usually resolved by speaking to a supervisor or another agent). Also a lot of agents are confused regarding pricing packages available an/or speed tiers, again something that usually resolves after speaking to a supervisor.

Only thing I wish would be for the price to be a bit lower, but otherwise I'm very satisfied with the service.
