Overall "Only ISP available in my apartment complex."
There are no other options for broadband ISP in my apartment complex.
My speed package is Blast Plus w/Speed Boost (35/5). Will be going to next tier to get away from Speed Boost ASAP. I think Speed Boost is generally a joke. It is good to get ahead of some buffering for video streaming.
Order process was a pain in the ass, but once resolved things were fine. For some reason we had a different apartment # listed on our account which must have made things confusing for the other customer too.
Owned equipment. Motorola SB 6141. HIGHLY recommended!
The telephone customer service reps are completely hit or miss. Mostly miss. When they say they have got anything completed it is in your best interest not to trust them and to call back a couple times to verify. 4 different service reps attempted to provision my new modem and 3 failed miserably. I blame Comcast management for not training, caring or following up on their claim that calls may be recorded/reviewed for training. Clearly they are not.
