I'll make my review short and sweet, which is unlike me as I am usually exceedingly long winded. I have Comcast high speed internet + voice. I have had the service almost 8 months now. I did have a few bumps in the road, but for the most part: Comcast SERVICE is among the very best I have experienced. Comcast CUSTOMER service is among the very worst I have ever seen, and I work in IT. The service itself is FAST, and very reliable. I think I have had one service outage since becoming a customer, and that was within hours of the initial install. Its been fine ever since. Just pray you never have an issue. I don't know about other areas, but where I am at, if you have a cabling or signal level issue, the techs are pretty good. However, if you have an issue that goes beyond signal levels and really requires an network guru that really understands how the internet works, forget it. Don't even bother calling. You will either have to troubleshoot it yourself, or find a guru who can. In my particular case, I ran into a very rare and unique issue to which there was no fix, only a "work-around". In my personal experience, 1 out of 10 calls to 800-Xfinity will yield a very knowledgeable helpful tech.
