Had Comcast for 3 years now with no issues. Outages maybe have been 4 hours in that time. Dropped their phone service for Ooma to save $450 per year now. I upgraded my modem to 16 downstream channels (SB6183) and noticed a difference in video smoothness and snappier web page loading. It appeared to make a difference. Overall, I am happy.
