    Ordered Charter pipeline and was up and running 6 days later. I ordered the 500K service and my current download speed hovers around that. I will try some tweaks over the next week and update my review. I already miss my CA Time warner connection. Speeds of 2+Megs were attainable.

    Update: Charter is still rocking for me. Speeds are now up to 3M down and 384K up! It goes out every now and then but outages are minimal. I would think it was up at least 98% of the time. That is good enough for me.

    09/09/05:
    Still rocking with Charter. No talk about a speed bump in the near future but they have been very reliable. Cant wait to get 5M down and at least 768 up!!

    06/16/06:
    Looks my neighborhood is oversold! Slowdowns now happen almost everyday between 4PM and 1AM.Calling tech support is a waste of time. All they do is try to schedule a clueless tech out to check your setup. Looks like i have to escalte higher within Charter before i get some resolution!
