you really need to be patient and persistant with charter to get any attention... phone support reps are generally very decent at business support center... but automated services really stink. they seriously have not improved communication to their business customers at all in all the years i've had the service... they really need to rethink how they are retaining long time customers. member for 22.5 years, 555 visits, last login: 1.5 years ago updated 10.3 years ago |
