    Every since the @home to Pipeline the service has been REALLY bad,
    i was told they were learning how to set this all up when the move took place in Nov. ( that a loddlod of BS ) anyways speed is great. Server go down allot, email, etc.

    Cust Service/Tech support is PRETTY BAD. ( most of them are nice but need to learn more about cust. Service )

    I have more help from a OUTSIDE from charter person with my help for connection issues,or tech help etc, and he does it for FREE! Told him he need to go train the charter pipeline people here in the N/ Tex. area how to run a Cable service :>

    All in all after 6 months of WAITING and being PATIANT as i was asked by PIPELINE, i am not happy AT ALL with Pipeline. Wish they would have been taken over by Road Runner instead of pipeline taken over when this all append.
    BTW when i was with @home all was just great.:>

    5-29-02 update. Email been out again, tech i called yesterday said there was no prob, but as i here in the background he was typing and he says, AFTER rechecking there is an email problem.

    called a local DSL to get a date est on getting DSL. little more $$ but the reviews of them are WAY WAY better.

    Came back to CABLE , so far charter has change for the better since i had it 2 years ago. speed is FAST service is Better and Customer Service is LOTS better so far as i can tell. Had SBC/ATT/Yahoo DSL.

    Over the past few weeks there service has been out allot. Be it the cable or the net or even both.
    They do not talk to each other inside the company, as many times I called in an issue and one part says NOPE no isse, but the other person says yes there is etc. The need to work on the inside communication so they can better tell the customer that yes we have problems and how long it might take and what the problem is.
