I had @home for over a year and dumped them as they were getting very unreliable for Internet service. I actually went back to dial up *shudder*. After Charter bought out @home, I decided to give them a chance and see what they could do with it. It has been phenomenal! The service is up almost 24/7 and speeds are far greater than what my plan is. I am on the 256/128 plan and consistently hit 860/160.
Keep up the great work Charter! Having techs available online is one of the best things you could have done to improve your service. All the techs that post on the boards here are knowledgeable and very hard working. Keep up the great work you guys!
UPDATE (11/27/2007):
Still with Charter, and am on the 5M plan. Speed is good, reliability is not as good as it once was, but still ok.
