Connection was handed over to my parents over three years ago now. They just switched to AT&T DSL. As far as my other opnions of Charter. I moved and before I moved they "checked" to see if I could get HSI they said yes. A few months later I tried to order and I cannot get it. Fastforward 2+ years I call again and thought things might of changed. They came out and oh no HSI AGAIN. I find out that I am in a six mile circle or so of no HSI.
Get basic cable and 3000/256 not bad. 1 IP via DHCP. Uptime is great, minus upgrades, storms, etc. Kinda don't like how you get the bills only 15 days to mail. Other than that it is fine.
