I think Charter has basically a monopoly in most of its markets (unless you consider satellite a true option) and knows it. Pricing reflects this. In udating this review one thing I will note is tech support has improved and the reliability of the service has improved. I would now consider myself a satisfied customer but hope someday for some competetion in my market to bring the price more in-line with what I think is appropriate.
