    nice
    about once a month, it will go offline for about 3 or 4 hours. that can get annoying. otherwise, it's good.

    as of august 2005, I have noticed it has not gone offline for months. they seem to be getting better with that.

    December 2007 edit: I have moved into a university and no longer use this ISP. This review is pretty out-dated now.
