    I've had Charter for 4 years and have a pretty good experience with the connection. Because I play online games every night (CSS mainly), I'm extremely aware of any latency issues.

    I had a problem in August and October, both problems were fixed within 7 days due to a great level II tech. He played CSS and knew what to test for unlike some techs I've talked too.

    New Update - 1-15-08 - Charter service has been great last 2 years and now I'm playing COD4 instead of CSS every night with no problems.
