    Update as of 05-18-2007:

    Just got off the phone with charter Tech support about slow speeds and it has to be one of the best tech support experiences iv ever had the guy was friendly knowledgeable and fast, found the problem and got a truck roll and a issue my the My account page fixed in about 3mins of talking to him.
