    Recently moved to Smyrna from a city nearby and have never experienced or dealt with Charter before (moved from "Comcastland"). So far the experience has been great. The installer arrived during the window and after some minor wiring fixes (contractors doing renovation at my apt complex apparently don't know how to properly wire coax) - all is good.

    I own my Moto SurfBoard modem and its been flawless for the 6 days I've had it. Connectivity is good, no outages (that I'm aware of).

    YMMV of course.

    4/4/09:

    I've had Charter HSI for about 2 yrs now and all is good. I'm using their 10/1 connection now and all is well. They're still on the pricey side as usual unless you are on a promo.
