    My Other Reviews·AT&T Southeast
    I have had Charter HSI and CATV for several years. The connection in my area has been very stable with little latency or issues with the picture on my TVs. My major complaint is their god-awful customer service. The long hold times and outsourcing is just terrible. I dread anytime I have to call them and have even decided to live with some issues just so I don't have to call. I dont even feel that a 1 rating is low enough to describe the abysmal support that Charter gives is customers. The price is a bit high compared to other competition in the area.
