i got the 16/2 package, i get more like 18/2.5 in the boonies, works fine, stable, but the bill is never right they keep saying i lease a modem when i own it, and i have to call every month, and sit on hold to talk to a arab, never give them your bank info you'll regret it, otherwise there product/service is good, there billing and support is horible.
