    Had Charter for about 6 years. I wouldn't be with Charter if there was a better ISP around my area. I mainly use my connection for online gaming (CS, CoD, WoW) and I have lots of problems with ping, routing, and lag spikes. I currently have 3Mbps/256kbps but I'm on the 5Mbps/512kbps trial. At the most during the late night, I can get about 4.8Mbps down and 430kbp/s upload. I installed this myself. Charter is very expensive.
