"random slow points, and i mean slow, near dialup ping results"
"Good overall, but a little overpriced."

    Support is hard to get with charter. Speeds are very good most of the time.
    I have the 10 meg package and get 9+ with all speed tests
    Install process was ok, I am not a fan of sub-contracting the work
    Issues seem to last longer than they should, they should be cleared up within hours, not days.
