Charter's customer service is positively laughable. I've only been with them a few months, but most months I really do want to cancel, especially when I have to pay my bill. Their online bill pay system goes down like clockwork EVERY month around when bills are due, so it can be a huge pain to pay.
Also, with regards to their service/installation, they only offer 3 hour time windows and don't do a great job of showing up during the requested time. Only make an appointment if you can literally be around all day.
I do still ahve their service, but I wouldn't necessarily take that as a sign that anyone else should get it. Mostly, I'm just too busy to change service, and since this is my first non-satellite high speed connection, it seems good enough for the time being.
