I've been very happy with Charter. My internet is fast and reliable. I work from home, so I rely on it, and mine seems more reliable than the people that work in the office at my company! I do have issues in the rare instance when I need help, getting to someone that can help, but that is rare. Digital cable is good too.

Saint Louis, MO | Not a customer anymore though I moved to a new house, and the overhead wiring was a problem, and Charter wanted ME to pay the $350 to bury a line from the street. So, looks like I'm going AT&T U-Verse now. | |
