    Have had to talk with customer service several times after service was up and running due to discrepancies with the package ordered. One word Clueless...

    Just quit Charter and am going back to DSL


    They are horrible. Outages are regular as clockwork, and all the techs know how to do is reboot the modem.
    The automated phone menus are impossibly long, and if you are especially unlucky, you get this 'Let me help you with that problem' robot that is completely useless.

    Always on??????? Always going off.

    0 out of 10 points. Save your money and go with dial-up if you have no alternative. Pure junk.
