    I have HSI and TV through Charter. I haven't had problems with the TV, besides the price. I have had problems with the HSI. I get random disconnects which occur every 5 minutes. A tech was at my residence for 2 hours and changed everything he could here and it is still happening. Each time I call support they want me to check settings on my computer and they want to know if I am running an XBox. Neither of which matter if the modem they supply me with can't connect to their internet. I get the run around and more tech's sent out to tell me the same thing.

    The money issue is another thing ... they don't just have packages, they have "promotions" which they don't tell you it ends in 6 months. So surprise when your bill jumps from $75 to $120. It's a complete rip off for the cable, I can't even get HD without having to pay another $20 on top of what I currently pay.
