Had ATT for a year only had 1 outage for 1 hour, Charter has been down 2 times this week and is now crawling can barley load web pages. Their tech support is mostly automated that makes you restart modems, routers, computers and it is voice command before it tells you about an outage in the area so you have to do it all for nothing. Once you get on the line with a tech they have you do it all over again.
