I have had Charter internet, phone and TV for many years. We live in a somewhat outlying area so relability and speed took a while to get here. Now, I can't say anything but the best about Charter's products and relability.
However, getting technical help that really helps is useless. You won't get it. It's almost not even worth calling. For example, Charter has a web page suggesting a strong, secure method of setting an email password. But using those methods doesn't work. Calling tech support only brought the response that the problem must be my browser and I should call the browser software maker to get it fixed.
