    Nothing good to say basically. I've had nothing but trouble for the 2 months i've had service, all from dropped internet due to bad lines, no speeds when i'm paying for 16/2. When you call to complain its always your fault (equipment) or some such. Even had one tech tell me he wouldn't F**K'N hang up i would. Kept trying to tell him techs had been out to the house repeatedly over the last month with nothing on my end and he just got pissed and started cussing me! Charters unbelievable now adays. Can't wait for some real ISP to show up and get me outta this hell. Small run down. Started service end of August as of today Oct. 16 2008 service still is "LIVE". More techs are scheduled for today to check lines and nodes in the area. Question is ... Will they show and do i get a credit for product not rendered.
