    I'm really not a big fan of Charter. I actually used to be a sub contractor for them installing HSI and I would tell people they would be better off going with Verizon DSL. When I moved Verizon DSL was not and is not available, god has a sense of humor so to get HSI I had to go with Charter and in all honesty I am VERY happy with the service. The install went very smoothly and there has been no downtime that I am aware of and I use it all the time.I upgraded my speed and even that went very smooth.All in all I am pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone.
