    I have to 10/1 package. I must say that according to speed tests I am getting my moneys worth. The only thing I don't like about Charter is the fact that their Cable prices are way too high and when the internet goes down its never up before the next morning. I myself would much rather have DSL but not sure who services my area in Kingsport, TN.
