    My Other Reviews·Pacific Bell - SBC
    Needed more speed than DSL could provide, so signed up with Charter for their 16/2 package. Intro price was $55/mo. Bought SB5101 from a local store, ordered the service from the web page. Spent about an hour between phone/chat to get the modem activated. Activation was supposed to be available via charters web page, but it did not work, chat agent had me call tech support. Tech support entered the MAC id in their system and things started to work a few minutes later.
