Bad: On premise service response 3 to 5 days and absolutly no follow up with customer ( they will clear your call and never contact you, then be mystified as to what they did to fix the problem, when in fact they did not appear or actually repair the complaint.
Charter does not use incident number tracking with the customer service response so you cannot monitor the status of the service request progress. The customer phone reps are mostly combative and take any complaint personally and do not use the information or requests provided by the customer at all.
The failures of service and equipment are not the issue, it's the awful response time and mult trips to identify and implement a repair. You know they are aware of the problem as you can see them switching the ip addresses around but they never follow up.
