On the 18/2 package and I own my own modem. Started out really good everything was rocking and the speed that was originally 16/2 was bumped to 18/2. After the first 3 months the billing was all screwed up and the lady on the phone was the rudest customer support person I have ever talked to. The guys on the CharterDirect forums here at DSL Reports took care of me and got my billing straightened out were very professional(they saved me as a customer). 6 months in now and me internet pretty much only works during the day, after 8pm the packet loss and speeds are so bad that I can hardly use the internet. The CharterDirect forum guys have been helping me and getting the local techs to work on it but it has been a couple of weeks since the techs have been out and it is still now working. I will give it a few more weeks and update my review if they get it worked out but for now Charter gets a big thumbs down.
