Signed up for an install about two weeks ago and the Charter contractor showed up on October 2nd to install the service. We got the triple play bundle, basic TV, internet and phone which came with two HD boxes, bringing the monthly total to $99.97. Somehow online sales messed up and added an extra STB, which was quickly removed from our bill and a credit of $0.97 was added.
So far the service has been good with no hiccups or TV quality issues especially on the HD. Winter is coming though and we'll have to see how it holds up to the snow, but so far no complaints with the service.

Winter is here and the service is holding up just fine. I have noticed blockiness and some hiccups with HD channels once or twice since October, but nothing major and it's not a recurring problem. So far I'm happy with the service Charter provides. Also being in a low usage or customer base area the cap is not enforced which is absolutely fine with me. Household has a PS3, 2 Roku Boxes, 5 smart phones and a gamer, even trying to not blow through the cap is a tough thing to do sometimes.

Downgraded Tech Support rating due to their removal of uMatter Twitter account. Seems like the new CEO is only good at making money, not doing what's best for the customer.
