Generally good HSI service from Charter. I don't have TV service.
Here recently we have had several outages. But they have been rolling trucks.
Good provider. A little expensive, but it works.

Charter is a good system. A little pricey, but in my area of the country (Southeastern US), it has worked quite well. I do like the fact that I don't have to lease a cable modem from them, but can use one that I purchased on my own.
