Charter is the worst service I have ever been with in my life. They never reimburse you for your services lost, only have service for 15 to 20 days out of a 30 day month and then they had they have the nerve to pro-rate your bill. every time you call to report an issue with service or issue with the bill, they can never recall you calling. Out of 5 star service I will give them a 0
