Have had Prolog for many years. Just received my second notice that I am using too much bandwidth. Looked at my papers from the install, says nothing about usage caps. Anyway, my youngest son just hooked up an XBox (the 2nd one in the house) at Christmas and it is pushing us over what they say is the download limit of 30 GB (during peak times of 5 pm to 1 am).
But, here is the kicker - I just checked the stats they provide and they are not correct. Last weekend I downloaded 932 MB a website backup at 12:32 pm and it shows up as 6 pm on their log. So, I just sent an email to customer support to see what they have to say about it.
Has anyone else had this issue?
