In Bozeman, MT: Paying 116 a month for "hi-speed" and bottom tier cable tv. Qwest doesn't have high speed in my neighborhood, so I had to go with Bresnan Cable which is now part of Cablevision/Optimum...Optimum took over last week, and my speed actually went DOWN! This after they promised faster speeds at LOWER prices! Very disappointed so far. Was at 8mbps and promised speed boost which I pay for, buy have never been at 8 much less more with speed boost. Am now running about 6-8mbps...:(
