    I ordered DSL just days after it became available in this area and it has been rock solid at home and at at my business. I wish I could get 6mbit, or that they would let me pay for 6mbit and let me get whatever the connection would support that's still over 3mbit.

    I can't rate their support because I've never had to call. I don't know anything about their email / web hosting reliability because I host elsewhere. All I've ever asked of them is to provide a "dumb pipe" and they've done so. I've enjoyed what amounts to two T1 lines worth of download speed with better reliability than the WorldCom leased lines I managed 10 years ago, all for under $100 a month.

    The hardware has been reliable too. At home I've had the same Cisco 678 since getting the service while I've got a Speedstream at my work location.

    If they'll make higher speeds available in more places, I'll be a very satisfied customer for years to come.
