i am using 1.5M but getting 220K/s..and upgraded it to 3M, but got is 220K/s..i was calling Tec service..nothing was helped to improve. and kept asking me "Are u feeling faster than last time?" i said.."No" ater i checked my connection speed by speedtest.net..technian asked me again "Are u feeing faster than last time?" i said "i tole you same speed"..
bottem line is don't even use windstream as you isp..i am really disappting in their overall service..

join:2005-07-14 Matthews, NC | they inproved my speed upto 2.2M today, i was told my speed up to 2.2M so i checked it by speedtest.net..yeah..it is really fast, so i could watch youtube.com without waiting..

| Re: they inproved my speed upto 2.2M on weeks ago, i asked windstream to upgrade 12M and they said they will upgrade 12M on 5pm of July. so i have been checking more than 20 times whether they are upgrading my speed or not..as i expected they did not...
...and i called and asked technical support what happened on Friday night...they would upgrade speed but no one knows when it will be happened..
i knew this company is not willingly upgrade easily just like last time....
my expectation from windstream will be shattered again because they did not keep the promise what they have said to customer..
i am currently living in Charlotte area of NC..
now it is 6pm on Saturday | |
