Install was painless, seems rock solid at 12mbps but I can seem my CO from where I sit so we easily qualified. Customer service is a joke, I've been in the industry for 22 years. I explained that to the customer service rep, a Peggy in India? She proceeded to tell me how there was a problem with my computer when I could look at my modem statistics and see an improperly provisioned modem. She insisted that she send a tech out right away. Bottom line? Windstream wasted money on a service call for an issue that could've been repaired remotely in ten minutes or less.
