Moved from a Bellsouth (AT&T) area to a Windstream (formerly CTC) area. Called and got a package for phone, LD and internet for $69,99/month, no contract at the 6MB speed. They came out 3 days later and connected me up and I was up and running, but at 1.5MB speeds. Called TS a few times and finally got an engineer to come out and tell me that there is nothing but 1.5MB cards at the DSLAM and they would need to order new cards and install them. After about 8 days wait and multiple calls and troubleshooting over and over again, finally got a manager who knew what I was talking about and 2 days later, the tech came out and installed the new ADSL2 cards. Since then, no problems and a solid connection. One outage, but I wasn't home for it.
