About 6 months ago I posted a review saying that Windstream is slow and unreliable. At the time that was the case. In this past half year I haven't had nearly as many issues.
On some nights, their ping does fluctuate a lot more than it should (30ms-60ms), so if you plan to use the connection primarily for gaming, look elsewhere. A consistent 30ms or 60ms would be acceptable, but the constant flux makes for difficult reaction times in certain styles of gaming.
Overall, Windstream has (for now) improved their own performance in the past 6 months, lets hope it keeps up!
