I ordered this service shortly before moving into our new home. Only thing about the ordering process I didn't like was that I couldn't get a quicker installation - my fault for waiting too long to call. The installation was quick and painless and when promised. I ordered the 12MBPS DSL service and unlimited phone service with basic voicemail. We had some initial problems after the installation with the DSL. The speed was not consistent with what I ordered. I contacted Windstream via the forum here and got a quick response from them. They scheduled a service call that was convenient for my schedule and replaced my modem/router combination (Sagem FAST 1704) with a different one that did the trick (2 wire 2701HG). My DSL speed is now consistently at 12MBPS. I use the service for web browsing and Netflix streaming via XBox with no problems. **UPDATE - 3/24/12: Still with Windstream and still running strong!
