Service is up and down,
and customer support is poor. Most support personnel simply say
there is no problem when whole neighborhoods are having a
problem. One tech admitted that there is some very old equipment,
but no plans to upgrade it.
Many websites require a reload to get them on Firefox - sometimes
several times many days/nights, but not all. Google search is
much slower than Yahoo or Bing. Download speed tests often show
about half. Multiple daily disconnects. This does NOT happen
with other ISP's when I go on the road with my laptop. I have
replaced my router with a new one - no change.
