I have been a Windstream customer since the buyout of Adelphia. Why will they not offer faster download than 3 MBS in my area of Mooresville,NC 28115. Across town my business associate has 12MBS. They are touting the new Merge service but two computers and an iPad already tie up all the download as my wife works all day with VoiP.

Yea, i think that Merge is not a bad thing,but i would rather see Windstream get there internet lines right before offering additional service's to the public.Windstream is not dumb they know there faulty areas and it would be nice to see them fixed.
I have said it more than once,Windstream is not a bad company...just bad equipment!
And i also would like to see Windstream more open about things,Like future plans for upgrades and so on...and stop lying to people. | |
