They are the only game in town, most of the people I have dealt with have been good to work with. Their phone and cable has been great in this area just not their internet broadband services.
The local level people and support people seem to want to do right by their customers, but seem to be ham-strung by the people in main office. I don't know if its they won't spend money to fix problems or planned it to happen to far in the future for what the actual usage is demanding of the system.
My internet has been good for years (since they took over from Alltel) with them til October of 2011, hasn't really worked right since then. Poor planning on their part when they over sold their lifetime bundling with out the infrastructure to support it.
