Upgraded to 6m from 256k line six months ago. After a few issues the first week, I had two month of good full service. But things went down hill from there. My speeds dropped to a little under 3m and when ever I called I was told there was nothing wrong and that I was showing full speed from their end. Now the last month and a half I've dwindled down to less .18m if any internet. Now when i call customer service I get the run around.
