The service is sold as 10Mbps synchronous but my speeds are typically 8.5 to 11Mbps in tests. 20Mbps is also offered, but you're ultimately limited to the speed you're drawing from, so I can't justify the extra $. The techs are first rate. They really take pride in their work which is obvious in the quality of their wiring jobs (I've referred friends and they are all virtual works of art. Close attention to detail and appearance.) In the time I've been with them they had an equipment upgrade. I was lucky to be a beta tester. They sent a team including two supervisors and an upper management guy. All great people. The equipment includes an exterior unit that splits the fiber into the net, TV & phone services and an APC brand battery backup device.
