This is the most dependable service I have ever experienced. With the exception of the last few days. Fiber was acting up and lost connection. Called Tech Support Saturday and did some trouble shooting. The conversation near the end went as follows:
Tech Support: "Oh, it looks like you're do for an upgrade." Me: "Great! When can we do this?" Tech: "Umm, well, not a for a couple of months." Me: "OK, so when am I going to get this current problem fixed?" Tech Support: "You do have our original fiber service and do need to be upgraded." Me: "..."
They scheduled to have a tech come by the house on Monday between 12pm and 5pm. After 5pm we called Tech Support wondering where our tech is. They come back and offer to have our equipment upgraded the following day instead. We took the offer, but were a little upset having to waste half a day for a no-show tech.
I hope this helps. Get the service, if you can. Just be aware of unpredictable tech support, if you eventually have a problem.
