Switched from AT&T (SBC) that I had 6mb DSL and phone line - save $30 per month have upto 18Mb fiber and the phone line. I stream any TV so didn't want or need that package. I do get more responsive web traffic and games with the same old PC. The phone line is clear and CID works - all I care about.
They are limited access since they lay their own network and don't rely on the LEC or cable co's for last mile. No Caps, no hidden fees, no problems so far. BUT you must have a power source for them to run the router outside off of - the UPS is in my garage by where the router is - he had to drill a hole but then caulked it back up after running the cord.
