    Good points are very rare network outage, and very consistent speed. I've found that some of the techs that work for Telus and visit the forums to be very helpful and have gone as far as offering their cellphone numbers to contact them directly to fix problems that have arose for me. They've put in service calls on my behalf when they got back into work the next day. That is top notch in my books that they offer help like that while NOT getting paid for it!

    Bad points are the CSRs from overseas. I've been driven nuts a few times on the phone trying to talk to some of them. I've had some that were very friendly but seemed to be relying on their "script books" too much to be helpful, to downright rude...and not helpful. Billing has been another sticking point with me. I've found on multiple occasions where I've been paying too much for internet and have had to call in and to get the prices adjusted. It seems kind of dirty in a way that I keep getting billed the same prices from 5 years earlier! I've had one CSR tell me that it's not their job to inform customers about being over billed.

    Overall I feel I've gotten good value for my money from Telus over the years. The good definitely outweighs the bad and I will stay with Telus for the foreseeable future.
